John Sampson has spent his entire career focused on real estate, providing advice and counsel to a wide range of clients, including developers, institutional investors, and private and family run real estate companies. Over a 20-year period, Sampson was instrumental in building and growing the real estate practice at a regional (and then international) law firm. Sampson is now a founding partner in a growing, Vancouver-based boutique commercial real estate firm. He is involved in all aspects of real estate, including acquisition, financing, leasing, development, and sale of residential, industrial, office, retail, and other commercial properties. He also has significant experience in public and private, municipal and governmental infrastructure projects. With his significant base of real estate experience, he prides himself on leveraging that experience to help train and mentor others.
