Within the framework of the Act respecting land use planning and development and other municipal regulations, Jonathan M. Fecteau assists real estate promoters, developers and builders in all essential phases of their projects, including property acquisition and protocol agreement negotiation with public authorities. He also helps them obtain authorizations from the Ministère de l’Environnement, the Commission de protection du territoire agricole du Québec and local and regional municipalities. Jonathan M. Fecteau appears regularly before the courts and administrative tribunals of Canada.
