She is well known as a trusted advisor to her clients, providing practical and strategic advice to obtain successful results in and out of the courtroom. She regularly acts in proceedings under the PM(NOC) Regulations, patent impeachment and infringement actions, judicial review proceedings, and damages actions. Jordana has appeared as counsel in matters before the Federal Court of Appeal, Federal Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and specialized tribunals. Jordana is a registered patent and trademark agent. Jordana is a leader in the legal community and IP bar. She is an active member of IPIC; she is a member of its Board of Directors, and is past Chair of its Annual Conference Committee.
