Joseph Cahan is a Partner at Alexander Holburn practising in the Motor Vehicle and Insurance Groups. He specializes in matters involving personal injury, disability insurance, life insurance, accident insurance, travel insurance, occupiers’ liability, property damage, fire and arson claims, insurance fraud, coverage issues, subrogated claims and professional liability. Joseph primarily defends claims on behalf of insurers with an emphasis on the defence of personal injury and disability insurance claims. Joseph has defended injury claims involving allegations of soft tissue injury, fractures, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, psychiatric complaints and traumatic brain injuries.
