For over 25 years, Judith’s practice has been restricted to advocacy for people who have suffered life-altering harms, including serious injuries, birth trauma, and wrongful death. The three principles of her practice are Service, Integrity, Results. Judith believes that her clients should focus on their health and recovery, and to that end, she works with the best medical, rehabilitation, and other professionals in the field to get her clients the care and help that they need after suffering an injury or loss. Judith is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation. Other recognition includes the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Women’s Caucus Award (2011), the American Association for Justice International Trial Lawyer Leadership Award (2010), the Peter Perlman Service Award (2017), and being inducted as a Fellow into the honorary society of the Litigation Counsel of America in 2017. Judith is a Past President of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (2009–2010); a former Governor for the American Association for Justice (2006-2013); past director for The Advocates' Society (2012–2015); and frequent speaker in the areas of personal injury litigation, advocacy, and practice management across Canada and the US.
