Kenneth (Ken) Dekker is a successful trial and appellate lawyer with more than 25 years of experience. Ken has litigated noteworthy cases in a range of fields that include securities and broker-dealer litigation, securities class action defence, the defence of claims against public company auditors, corporate and shareholder disputes (including oppression and winding up cases), civil fraud litigation, disputes over contracts, defamation, injunctions, and cross-border litigation.
