Kent Kufeldt has over 35 years of experience working with public and private companies and investment dealers in completing a broad range of transactions, including merger, acquisition, and reorganization transactions (both public and private); providing general corporate governance advice as well as specific corporate transaction advice to Board of Directors and Special Committees of Directors in transactions of all types, including in respect of shareholder activism situations; andcorporate finance transactions representing public issuers and investment dealers in public and private debt and equity transactions, initial public offerings and cross-border financing transactions. Throughout his career, Kufeldt has been involved in many innovative transactions in both the corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions areas. Kufeldt is the national business leader of BLG's Securities & Capital Markets Group. He is also a member of the firm's Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) leadership team.
