Kristine Anderson is the Founder of Fern Law, one of Ontario’s leading estates and trusts boutique firms. With over 20 years of litigation experience, Kristine has successfully represented clients at every level of court and has spearheaded cases that have advanced the law in Ontario. Kristine also navigates situations where individuals with diminished capacity require assistance on a separation, equalization or divorce. As well as being a fierce advocate in court, Kristine assists her clients with estate planning providing effective and practical advice on the use of cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, trusts and estate plans. She is known for her empathy and client care in stressful situations. This skill set lends itself to her active meditation practice. Kristine credits her innovative problem-solving skills to her first degree in fine art and her practical style to her East Coast roots.
