Lavinia Latham is a partner at Alphonse Latham LLP, specializing in human rights, employment law, and workplace investigations. She provides corporate training and strategic legal advice on workplace policies, procedures; and employer and employee rights. Lavinia has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal. A recognized thought leader, Lavinia has advised public and private sector organizations on fostering respectful workplaces and addressing systemic discrimination, including anti-Black racism. She served as a human rights and equity advisor to the Toronto Catholic District School Board and was recently recognized by the Honourable Dr. Jean Augustine as a 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women honouree.
