Len Glickman is a senior partner who provides transactional, intellectual property, and branding advice to clients in the entertainment and sports industries. He is a past Chair of the ABA Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He is also past Chair of the Media & Communication Law Sections of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association, and taught Entertainment and Sports Law at the Queen’s University Faculty of Law for a number of years. Len is a member of the ABA Intellectual Property Law Section, the International Trademark Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, the Canadian Media Production Association, the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, the New York State Bar Association (EASL Section), and the Sports Lawyers Association. He is co-author of the music law chapter of Entertainment Law in Canada published by Butterworths. Len has also been recognized as a leading lawyer in Chambers Canada, Lexpert, World Intellectual Property Review, Who’s Who Legal,and The Legal Media Group Guide to the World’s Leading Technology, Media & Telecommunications Lawyers. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985.
