Practice includes all aspects of personal tax and estate planning, including wills, trusts, domestic contracts, powers of attorney, post-mortem estate planning and variation of trusts. Has extensive experience in estate planning, estate litigation, mental incompetency proceedings, court audits, and estate and trust taxation. Received her LLM in taxation in 1986 from Osgoode Hall Law School. Has lectured extensively on estate planning for the Ontario BAC, LSUC, CBA and CTF. Lindsay is the author of numerous articles on estate planning and taxation, including the six-volume service Estate Planning Precedents, A Solicitor’s Manual (Thomson Carswell). She is past chair of the OBA Trusts and Estates section and a member of the OBA, CTF and STEP. Past trustee of the Toronto Lawyers Association. Called to the Ontario Bar in 1982.
