Liviu Cananau

Liviu Cananau is a partner in BLG’s Toronto office. Cananau represents a wide variety of governmental bodies and agencies in connection with land acquisition and expropriation proceedings for large transit, highway and infrastructure projects. Cananau also provides expropriation and related commercial advice to a variety of private sector entities including land developers and builders. Cananau assists his clients with all facets of the “projects” lands acquisition and expropriation process including advice on strategic decisions, transactional matters and expropriation disputes.
