The majority of Lou-Anne Farrell’s 35-year legal career has been restricted to estate litigation and related disputes. She provides effective and efficient representation to clients dealing with will challenges, spousal and dependent’s claims, passings of accounts, removal of trustees, breach of trust claims, interpretation and rectification claims, and POA and guardianship disputes. She is also a trained mediator with over a decade of experience mediating estate-related disputes. Lou-Anne is currently a member of the Ontario Estates Bench-Bar Liaison Committee and sits on the executive of the Estate Planners’ Council of London. She is a former Chair of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Ontario Bar Association, and has written and spoken frequently on issues related to Estate Litigation. She is a past president of the Board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southwestern Ontario and an honorary director of the Children’s Health Foundation.
