Partner Louis-Charles Bélanger counts 31 years in the profession. He began his career in Montreal but relocated permanently to Rouyn-Noranda in 1991 to practise mainly in labour and employment law. He also works in administrative law. In addition to his career as a lawyer, for many years he also taught workplace health and safety at Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Louis-Charles is a member of Quebec’s professional order of certified human resource advisors. A much-respected labour law professional, he is frequently invited to speak or provide training on labor relations and workplace health and safety by a broad selection of employers.
