Lucie Dufour is a practicing lawyer, supporting organizations and companies focused on life sciences, research and development, technology and artificial intelligence. With thirty years of experience, Lucie advises and guides her Canadian and international clients through increasingly complex and regulated environments. She negotiates and drafts industry-specific agreements and supports her clients in all aspects of their business, including specialized projects and day-to-day corporate, commercial and regulated activities. She is involved in projects starting from the research and development of molecules until the marketing and promotion of products subject to the Food and Drug Act together with other regulations, rules and compliance requirements. Before opening her boutique law firm in 2014, Lucie acquired significant experience in academia and corporate environments as In-house Legal Counsel and as a partner at one of Canada’s largest law firms.
