Lynsey is a partner in the firm’s labour and employment group and a member of the executive team. She represents public and private sector employers and her practical approach provides straightforward and strategic solutions for clients. Lynsey regularly advises employers on collective agreement interpretation and collective bargaining, both behind the scenes and at the table. She offers day-to-day advice, drafts workplace policies, manages discipline and discharge issues, and navigates workplace accommodations and human rights matters. Additionally, Lynsey practices professional regulation and administrative law, often serving as independent counsel to discipline committees and supporting complaints and investigation committees. In 2022, Lynsey completed the seven-week Innovation Governance Program provided by the Council of Canadian Innovators. Lynsey is recognized as a leading practitioner in Workplace Human Rights (employer) by The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory (2024) and for labour and employment law by Best Lawyers in Canada (2024). She was called to the Bar of Saskatchewan in 2012 and the Bar of British Columbia in 2017. Lynsey holds a JD from Saskatchewan (2011) and a BA advanced with honours from Manitoba (2007).
