Lynsey regularly advises employers on collective agreement interpretation, grievances, and collective bargaining, both behind the scenes and at the bargaining table. She represents public and private sector employers, and her practical approach provides straightforward and strategic solutions for clients. She offers day-to-day advice, drafts workplace policies, manages discipline and discharge issues, and navigates workplace accommodations and human rights matters. Lynsey frequently assists clients in addressing human rights complaints at the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal and is adept at finding resolutions for employers. Additionally, Lynsey practises professional regulation and administrative law, often serving as independent counsel to discipline committees and supporting complaints and investigation committees. In 2022, Lynsey completed the seven-week Innovation Governance Program provided by the Council of Canadian Innovators. Lynsey is recognized for labour and employment law by Best Lawyers in Canada. She was called to the bar of Saskatchewan in 2012 and the bar of British Columbia in 2017.
