Marie-France Décary

Marie-France is Senior Counsel and joined Clyde & Co's Montreal office as an associate in 2012 after completing her articles with the firm. Marie-France’s practice focuses mainly on professional liability litigation, particularly in construction law. She is regularly called upon to plead before the various civil courts of Quebec to represent members of professional orders in the construction industry, notably engineers. Mtre. Décary holds a Master degree in Business Administration which notably provided her with the opportunity to work for the strategic department of a multinational company during her studies.
