Mark Gustafson is a partner at JFK Law LLP. Mr. Gustafson regularly advises Indigenous clients across Western and Northern Canada on matters relating to regulatory hearings, environmental/impact assessments, Crown consultation, co-management agreements and protected area establishment, and civil litigation involving Aboriginal and Treaty rights. He has extensive experience supporting Indigenous clients in negotiations with proponents and governments, including Crown accommodation agreements. Mr. Gustafson also advises Indigenous clients on processes involving the United Nations. In addition to his work on behalf of Indigenous clients, Mark also provides support to administrative boards and tribunals.
