Matthew Singerman is a partner in Clark Wilson’s renowned Commercial Real Estate Law Practice group. Before joining the firm, Matt was general counsel at one of Canada’s most prominent family investment and development companies. This experience equips him with a wealth of first-hand client insight and a keen understanding of how legal decisions impact clients’ businesses. In his practice, Matt advises clients on a range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions; partnerships and other joint ventures; property development, construction, operations and financing; and leasing. He has successfully advised clients on major transactional legal agreements for many multi-property and multi-jurisdictional commercial real estate projects in British Columbia and across Canada. Since he joined Clark Wilson, Matt’s practice has evolved to include representing a number of British Columbia’s First Nations and their economic development corporations with respect to their real estate holdings. He is proud that his work contributes to Clark Wilson’s status as the most-named law firm on Business in Vancouver’s annual list of the largest real estate deals in British Columbia for 17 consecutive years.
