Megan’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial arrangements in the major power, infrastructure, public-private partnership (P3) and life science sectors. She has significant experience assisting clients with a full range of commercial matters, including complex service and distribution agreements, major equipment supply agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, manufacturing agreements and transformational procurement processes.
