Mehran "Mark" Yazdani has been practising in the area of disability law for 19 years. He previously practised as a commercial litigator with Lang Michener LLP and also as an in-house counsel for RBC Insurance where he managed disability litigation. In 2009 Mark opened Yazdani Law Office Professional Corporation and has since exclusively represented disabled plaintiffs across Ontario in litigation against disability insurance companies. He also represents clients in life insurance, mortgage insurance, and critical illness claims. In addition to operating his own practice, Mark acts as disability counsel to Whitten & Lublin Employment Lawyers. Mark graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2003 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2004. He is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
