Demme, 2022 ONSC 1790 (Div Ct), 2020 ONSC 83 involved a successful defence appeal and decertification of a class action on behalf of a hospital nurse sued for intrusion upon seclusion (invasion of privacy). This class action was decertified. Ten individual actions were all dismissed. (3) Gallagher v. Todish, 2023 ONSC 4894 involved a successful summary judgment motion on behalf of an auto insurer upholding the termination of an auto policy.
