Claim settled at conclusion of one day of oral discovery of the defendants in 2023 for $2.9M all-inclusive; and Stewart v. Demme, 2022 ONSC 1790 (Div Ct); 2020 ONSC 83 – successful defence appeal and decertification of a class action, on behalf of a hospital nurse sued for intrusion upon seclusion (invasion of privacy). All claims dismissed.
