Michael advises clients on a wide range of employment and labour matters, including wrongful dismissal, labour relations, human rights, employment standards, post-employment competition by former employees, and occupational health and safety. His practice encompasses dispute resolution, commercial transactions and general advice on all employment and labour related matters. Michael has appeared before all levels of courts in British Columbia, as well as the Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal and the Employment Standards Tribunal. Michael is a member of the British Columbia Employment Law, Labour Law and Human Rights Subsections (CBA) and the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (CACE).
