Michael L. Bennett exclusively practises personal injury law, representing injured individuals and their families. Focusing on insurance coverage, benefit entitlements, and catastrophic impairment issues, he has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice of Ontario, Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Licencing Appeals Tribunal, and other regulatory bodies. In his earlier career, Michael gained valuable experience representing insurance companies and the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee. His caring yet fearless advocacy ensures his clients receive the necessary and deserved treatment, particularly in cases of complex orthopaedic injuries, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.
