Michael Sestito

Michael Sestito is a partner, co-leader of the Edmonton Litigation and Dispute Resolution group and co-leader of the National Professional Liability subgroup. Michael has extensive experience with construction and professional negligence matters. In his construction litigation practice, he represents owners, contractors and subcontractors on a wide variety of disputes, including mediation, arbitration and litigation. He also has experience with major public infrastructure projects, including pipeline and LRT projects, both in litigation and in general advice. In his professional negligence practice, Michael represents a cross section of professionals (including doctors, healthcare professionals, engineers, lawyers and accountants) in both court and disciplinary proceedings. Michael has assisted and appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta and Ontario, as well as various administrative tribunals in both provinces.
