Mihnea Bantoiu

Mihnea Bantoiu practises primarily civil and commercial litigation. He has acted in a variety of high-profile litigation matters involving shareholder and commercial disputes, investment services and insurance liability, class actions, estate litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, compliance with non-competition clauses, and injunctions and other provisional measures. He has also assisted companies and their executives in defence of legal proceedings instituted by the Autorité des marchés financiers before the Tribunal administratif des marchés financiers. He has argued before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Quebec Court of Appeal, and the Tribunal administratif des marchés financiers, in addition to having participated in several commercial arbitrations. Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, he practised for almost 12 years as a litigator with a major boutique firm in Quebec City focusing on civil and commercial litigation.
