Naïm Alexandre Antaki is a business and technology law partner at Gowling WLG. Licensed to practice in Quebec and Ontario, he provides solution-oriented advice to Canadian and foreign businesses in the course of their cross-border activities and expansion. Bridging civil law and common law jurisdictions, he works seamlessly with clients’ in-house and external counsel. He leads the Montreal office’s business, private M&A, and general counsel groups, co-leads that office’s technology industry group, and co-leads the Canadian artificial intelligence group. In addition to leading and coordinating M&A, corporate finance, and private equity transactions, clients rely on him to act as their external counsel for their ongoing Canadian operations.
