Natalie Mullins is a partner in Gowling WLG’s Toronto Office. Certified as a Specialist in both Civil Litigation and Environmental Law (LSO), Natalie has extensive experience litigating complex contaminated lands disputes, often involving multiple parties and properties, a web of civil and regulatory proceedings and novel issues of law. She advises clients on a range of matters, including responding to spills and discharges of contaminants, liaising with government authorities, assessing liability and damages, remedial strategies and the acquisition, sale and re-development of contaminated real estate. Natalie has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution and structuring complex multi-party settlements. Her clients include oil companies, banks, municipalities, manufacturers, insurers, engineering firms, and developers. Natalie appears in all levels of court and has conducted several trials, arbitrations and hearings before administrative tribunals.
