Natasha Rana

Natasha Rana is a member of Gowling WLG's Infrastructure and Construction Industry Group, where she advises on major projects, spanning a variety of asset classes, including transportation, energy, healthcare, and education. Natasha has a breadth of experience with both publicly and privately tendered projects in Canada and the US, having acted for developers, procuring authorities, financial institutions, and principal contractors from the early stages of procurement through closing and beyond. She has represented key participants in some of the most significant publicly procured projects in Canada to date. In addition to her extensive experience in the bidding and closing of procured projects, Natasha is dedicated to supporting her clients during asset management, and in regard to any entries into or exits from projects that are operational. She has advised on secondary market acquisitions and dispositions of equity interests in existing projects and has also assisted stakeholders in navigating an array of construction and operational stage matters. She has been repeatedly recognized in Chambers Canada, the Legal 500 Canada, and The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory. in 2024, Natasha was named one of Lexpert®’s Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40.
