Nicholas’ practice concentrates on professional liability defence, construction claims, aviation claims, product liability claims, and professional discipline. He has represented numerous professionals in legal actions and regulatory matters, including lawyers, physicians, engineers, financial advisors, accountants, realtors, insurance agents, physiotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and educators. Nicholas also assists clients with privacy law, particularly in relation to personal health information. He has appeared at all levels of Court in Saskatchewan and before numerous tribunals and panels. He is qualified as a Mediator by the Law Society of Saskatchewan. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan. He is an instructor/evaluator at the CPLED Bar course and a presenter at various legal education seminars. He is Past President of the Canadian Bar Association - Saskatchewan Branch. Nicholas was called to the bar in 2005 and received his King’s Counsel appointment in 2018.
