Has significant expertise handling mergers & acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, partnerships, reorganizations, and divestitures. Also advises US and international businesses on entering the Canadian market. Co-chair of BLG's Health Sector Services Group. Participated as adjunct faculty at Western Law and Windsor Law, teaching mergers & acquisitions for several years. Recognized as a 2020 and 2019 Acritas Star, Access to Justice Champion in the 2016 Flip Your Wig for Justice Campaign – Pro Bono Law Ontario, and by Chambers Canada.
