Nikki is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office, assisting clients with finance, commercial land transactions, and general business matters. Her work includes commercial lending and financing arrangements, private placements, public offerings, and real property transactions involving First Nations’ Reserve lands. She provides corporate and non-corporate-entity documentation and advice, trust governance (First Nations, inter vivos, and testamentary), commercial contracts, and securities law compliance. She has been involved on many levels with specific claims financings and their associated administrative trusts and “legacy” trusts, including advising trustees, lenders and First Nations. Nikki also assists with estate planning and administration, including high net worth estates. She was called to the bar in 2004.
