Noah Leszcz

Noah Leszcz is a partner in the Franchise Law Group at Cassels. Noah practises business law, with a focus on franchising, licensing, distribution, emerging companies, and intellectual property. He works with a diverse group of franchise and distribution companies, assisting with legal and regulatory issues, contractual drafting, intellectual property, and compliance with Canadian franchise disclosure legislation. Noah also routinely advises franchise companies on the purchase and sale of individual franchises, and franchise systems as a whole. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his work in Franchise and Intellectual Property law, and by Franchise Times as a Legal Eagle. He was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2016.
