Patrick has extensive experience in professional negligence defence and has particular expertise handling claims against architects, engineers, project consultants and locating/surveying professionals. Patrick has also successfully defended insurers, insurance brokers, MGAs, real estate agents, health care professionals, medical product manufacturers, and commercial hosts. He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and has successfully conducted matters in courts of British Columbia, Saskatchewan and the Federal Court of Canada. Patrick is a member of the CBA's Construction, Insurance and Alternative Dispute Resolution subsections.
