Patrick Julian is a senior partner in Koffman Kalef’s Commercial Real Estate & Development team. His practice encompasses an extensive range of commercial real estate law, including land assemblies; subdivisions; bare land strata plans; office, retail, institutional, hotel & resort, industrial, recreational, and residential developments; real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and commercial and industrial leasing; financings; and structuring forms of ownership and transactions. Julian has particular experience with commercial leasing matters. His practice includes clients in a variety of industries including commercial developers, landlords, tenants, and brokers. He keeps current on industry trends by regularly attending meetings and events held by NAIOP, UDI, ICSC and CLEBC. In 2019, Julian was invited to and attended the Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute at Georgetown University. Julian is consistently recognized as a leading practitioner in his practice area by The Best Lawyers in Canada,The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, and Chambers & Partners Canada. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1979.
