Paul is a Partner in Osler’s Disputes department and is a key contact for the firm’s Construction and Infrastructure practice group. Paul’s practice involves the litigation, arbitration and mediation of disputes arising out of construction and infrastructure projects. He also provides contract administration advice during the course of completion of projects. Paul’s practice covers all aspects of construction law including disputes involving contracts and specifications, power purchase agreements, construction liens, mortgage priorities, delay claims, bidding and tendering matters, negligence claims, bond and insurance claims, and construction trusts. He advises project participants on disputes related to a broad range of construction and infrastructure projects including airport facilities, power plants (nuclear, gas, solar, wind and coal), highways, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, civil works facilities and subways.
