Paul Harte is a leading medical malpractice and class action trial lawyer and a certified specialist in health law and civil litigation. Harte has settled or tried over $100 million in medical negligence claims. He is a member of the Bar in Ontario, Alberta and Nunavut and assists injured victims and their families across Canada.
