Paul Tushinski is a senior partner at Dutton Brock LLP, with over 40 years of litigation and dispute resolution experience and a certified specialist in civil litigation by the Law Society of Ontario. He appears at all levels of court in Ontario He is also a mediator. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in Canada and Lexpert as a Most Frequently Recommended practitioner in both Litigation – Commercial Insurance and Personal Injury and a Repeatedly Recommended practitioner in Products Liability.
