Paulina Kam is a partner in Gowling WLG's Vancouver office. She has extensive experience in real estate development (including master-planned communities, air space parcel subdivisions, multi-family, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments), commercial lending, commercial and investment real estate, general business law, and commercial and residential conveyancing. Paulina regularly advises developers on a broad range of real estate development matters including site acquisition, land assemblies, financing, rezoning, and subdivision and servicing requirements. She acts primarily for developers and lending institutions and her clients include some of British Columbia's most successful and prominent development companies and lending institutions. Having traveled extensively abroad as well as having resided in Asia, Paulina is conversationally fluent in Cantonese and Japanese.
