Peter Doelman

Peter Doelman is a partner in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office. A member of the Business Law Department, his practice is focused on a variety of corporate law matters. He acts principally for private issuers in relation to: mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations; joint venture partnerships; corporate reorganizations; asset and share purchase transactions; private placements of securities; resolving securityholder disputes and other general corporate matters.
