Peter Jervis’s litigation practice involves securities litigation, class action litigation, complex commercial and financial litigation, professional liability and insurance litigation, shareholder rights and other corporate litigation, and constitutional litigation at both the trial and appellate level. Practice includes class action litigation, at both the trial and appellate level in Ontario and Alberta, in the area of securities litigation, oil & gas, retail and financial services. He conducts large investment-related and financial services litigation in jurisdictions across Canada for investors involving securities and investment-related insurance products and other financial products. Frequent lecturer in securities litigation and class action litigation. Also practises constitutional law. He has been counsel in all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
