Peter is a Senior Partner at Lerners LLP and Leader of the firm’s Health Law Group. He has extensive trial and appellate experience in complex litigation, maintaining a diverse practice including medical and professional negligence, class actions, product liability and tort litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury and insurance litigation. He is certified as a Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Litigation Counsel of America and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
