Pierre Nicol is a senior partner and has been practising law for 27 years. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, project finance, risk management, life sciences, new technologies, business partnerships and a wide range of complex commercial transactions. Nicol also assists clients regarding their strategic litigations. In addition, he has experience dealing with boards of directors and has served as corporate secretary for several years. He is currently the Quebec local chair of our business law group.
