She has worked on precedent-setting cases and appeared at all levels of court, including successful appeals before the Supreme Court of Canada. Notable decisions include GlaxoSmithKline, the only transfer pricing case to be heard by the Supreme Court to date and Loblaw, the first case heard by the Supreme Court to address the foreign accrual property income (FAPI) rules.
