Ravi is a member of the Corporate/Commercial and Commercial Real Estate & Development teams at Koffman Kalef. He works with a wide variety of clients from both the private and public sectors, including school boards, developers, financial institutions, private lenders, entrepreneurs, professional service firms and government entities. His real estate practice includes advising on matters involving property development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings, subdivisions and marketing under the Real Estate Development Marketing Act. Ravi also advises clients on various corporate and commercial matters including business purchase and sale transactions, corporate and limited partnership formations, reorganizations and restructuring of private companies and partnerships. Ravi also has extensive experience negotiating joint venture and shareholders' agreements on behalf of his clients. Ravi’s broad practice has given him a wide range of experience to draw from when finding comprehensive and intelligent solutions for clients on matters that engage diverse areas of law and business. His responsiveness, reliable and detail-oriented approach allows him to understand and achieve clients’ goals through dependable and efficient solutions. Ravi was called to the BC Bar in 2014.
