Rebecca Grosz has practised family law for over a decade. Her practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including domestic contracts (cohabitation, marriage, and separation agreements), parenting issues, child and spousal support, and equalization and property issues, with a particular focus on complex property, equalization, and support issues including nuanced tax, estate, and business law, and valuation issues. She advocates for her clients through alternative dispute resolution processes, including negotiation, mediation/arbitration, and collaborative practice, and through court, having appeared at all levels of court in Ontario including the Court of Appeal. Her practical, results-driven approach and strategy on each file is tailored to each client’s individual needs and desired outcomes. She is actively involved in the family law bar and continuing legal education serving as executive member of the OBA family law section for four years.
