She is recognized by Benchmark Litigation Canada as a Benchmark litigation star and as one of Benchmark’s top 100 women lawyers. She has also been named as one of the “Best Lawyers” in Insolvency and Financial Restructuring Law, Corporate Commercial Litigation and Trusts and Estates, and is a Lexpert-ranked lawyer. Her work includes large-scale corporate commercial disputes, complex trust and estate matters, insolvency restructuring cases and construction disputes ranging from residential to large infrastructure projects. She frequently appears in the courts as lead counsel on significant cases, as well as before the B.C. Court of Appeal.
