Richard McNevin’s practice is focused on family-owned real estate operating companies primarily engaged in the multi-unit residential building sector, advising on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and land development. He works closely with senior management on the implementation of their business strategies and with family ownership groups on matters of corporate and family business governance and estate planning. Richard is a director of Britton Smith Foundation and is a member and director of Smith-Homestead Foundation, both family-established and operated private foundations committed to the principle of giving back.
