As Managing Partner for the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region, Mr. Bergeron practises commercial law and litigation, with a particular focus on construction law. Mr. Bergeron primarily acts as a strategic advisor to his clients, which include construction companies, equipment suppliers, and project owners. He assists them with contract negotiations, contract execution, and risk management, taking a preventive and preparatory approach. Additionally, he serves as a strategic partner in finding solutions, forming partnerships, and handling internal management and crisis situations. Deeply involved in his community, both in business, cultural, and health sectors, Mr. Bergeron was awarded the Médaille de l’Assemblée nationale du Québec in 2011 in recognition of his volunteer and community contributions.
