Richard Gaudreault, partner, has over 25 years of experience in labour, employment, and human rights law. He frequently acts as a collective bargaining negotiator and as a strategic advisor for board of directors and high executives in all aspects related to labour relation, planning and reorganization of human resources and crisis management for medium, and large organizations. A seasoned litigator, he has appeared before administrative tribunals, Quebec’s Labour Relations Board, the Quebec Superior Court, the Quebec Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Gaudreault is a graduate of the negotiation program at the American Institute for Legal Education. He is also frequently asked to act as a trainer and presenter on various subjects inherent to negotiation and the strategic approach to labor relations.
